LASER CUTTING
The TRUMPF L2530 is a compact 4' x 8' laser cutting machine manufactured as one rigid unitized structure. The high-speed flying optic design offers maximum productivity and accuracy in a wide range of materials.

TRUMPF's user friendliness is demonstrated not just by its simple straightforward PC control, but also by the machine's layout. To facilitate loading and unloading, the machine may be opened over its entire width and the offline pallet can be accessed on three sides. An optional automatic sheet loader expedites and simplifies the loading process.

	When single parts are nested on the sheet it provides maximum efficiency of material, reduces scraps, minimizes cut time, and saves our customer's money.

The Part Spectrum: Through Thick and Thin. The laser beam is a multi-functional tool. Its strength lies in its ability to machine a wide range of material types in both thin gauge and thick plate. Whether the part geometry is simple or complex, laser cut parts can be ready for assembly with no secondary operations.

The Control : Intuitive and Powerful. The control of the TRUMPF L2530 is located in an ergonomic position on the right-hand side of the machine. The comfortable user interface developed by TRUMPF is based on the well-known Windows^® environment.

The Programming System: Program in the Office, Modify on the Floor. ToPs 100 is a CAD/CAM solution by TRUMPF in which the machine and programming system are optimally coordinated. ToPs 100 "knows" how to process each material and each feature.

BENDING Smucker Laser Cutting and Metal Fabrication provides full bending capabilities for a variety of shapes and sizes. This serves industrial, commercial, and craft applications. Our RAS TURBObend CNC metal bending machine provides speed and accuracy, ensuring consistency with every production piece. The RAS can form in 10' lengths and up to 16 ga hot rolled material With CNC technology, repeatability and accuracy are assured for large and small-scale production alike.

SHEARING Shearing is a process for cutting sheet metal to size out of a larger stock. Shears are used as the preliminary step in preparing stock for stamping processes, or smaller blanks for CNC presses. Smucker Laser Cutting has an Edwards Pearson Shearing Machine with shearing capabilities up to 10 gauge steel and up to 10' Lengths.

SOLDERING Soldering is the process of making a sound mechanical joint, using a mixture of tin and lead. Smucker Laser Cutting provides soldering of copper, galvanized and paintgrip materials as a service to their customers.
