Custom Laser Cut Nameplates

A Pennsylvania-based customer was seeking an environmentally friendly solution to manufacture custom nameplates for greenhouse cart identification. Using 3-axis laser cutting machines with nesting capabilities, we produced 2000 nameplates cut to precision from 14 ga. thick steel sheets on an annual basis. Our CNC laser cutting machines enabled us to hold tolerances close to 0.010" on custom nameplates that measured 20" in length and 6" in height. We also offered forming as well as powder coating services to finish these parts in accordance with customer specifications.
