Laser Cut Utility Trailer and Car Hauler Parts

Around 200 pieces of these 81.5" L x 8.25" H custom parts were produced annually at Smucker Laser. We manufacture them for a Pennsylvania-based customer specializing in the manufacture of standard sized car haulers and dump trailers. Laser cut from 3/16" thick plate steel material, these utility trailer parts were manufactured to tight tolerances of +/- 0.010". Forming and painting were also performed as secondary operations.
