Laser Cutting of Lettering and Decorative Art

Five to ten sets of these lettering and decorative shapes were manufactured every year for a Pennsylvanian customer specializing in custom artwork. These custom letters and shapes were produced through precision laser cutting processes at tight tolerances of +/- 0.015". Corrosion resistant, high grades of stainless steel material, with a thickness range between 16 ga and ¼", was used to produce these unique parts. Manufactured in sizes ranging from 28" to 96", the laser cut letters were used in different types of sculptures and decorative art.
