We specialize in manufacturing sheet metal fabrications from steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and copper. Our metal fabricating capabilities include bending, shearing, and soldering of large geometry custom components from thin metal sheets. Our RAS TURBObend CNC metal bending machine can process up to 16 ga hot rolled and cold rolled materials up to 10′ in length. Smucker Laser offers full bend capabilities for a variety of shapes and sizes to the architectural, building, and electronic industries. We also have an Edwards Pearson shearing machine that can process sheet metal stock up to 10′ in length. Our soldering capability enables us to join copper, galvanized metal, and paint grip materials
